About us

Hi there! We are Kim and Neil, two midlife adventurers who met, fell in love, and somehow decided buying a retreat center in Costa Rica together was the next logical step.

Kim has spent her career designing, hosting, and facilitating events, including more than 500 retreats over the years. This is her second retreat center in Costa Rica.

Neil retired after 23 years in the British military and brings a steady, practical, and grounded presence to the adventure.
